Refund policy

However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase. Here is our return and refund policy for electric toothbrushes:

Returns :

1. Return period: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your electric toothbrush. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

2. Product condition : To be eligible for return, the electric toothbrush must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Any returned item that is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return costs : Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part during shipment.

4. Return process: Please contact our customer service department before initiating a return. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and return label if required. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds :

1. Refund time: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

2. Partial refund: If the returned product is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned product.

Warranty:

Our electric toothbrushes are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should you experience any problems with your electric toothbrush during the warranty period, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
